Willunga Creek Wines is a family-owned winery that captures some of the best views of the picturesque Willunga basin and McLaren Vale region. Our cellar door is nestled on the foothills of Willunga, 45 minutes south of Adelaide, and offers award-winning wines in a breathtaking setting. We are open for tastings 11am-5pm Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, or you can settle in with a platter or a delicious authentic curry in winter.

Willunga Creek Wines has been our labour of love since 1994 when we turned the first sod in the paddock on the hill behind our house to establish a vineyard right here, in our pretty little patch of McLaren Vale. We released our first wine in 2004 and today have 12 hectares planted to Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Grenache.
In 2007 we won a Gold Medal for our Willunga Creek Black Duck Merlot at the London International Wine Challenge, an award that has pride of place amongst our growing collection from right around the world. Also Gold Medals and a Trophy in 2011 Hong Kong International Wine Challenge.
